Birthday Present 40岁的生日礼物

It will be my 40-year old birthday in a few days time. Feeling grateful to be turning 40. Learned a lot in the recent years being a stay at home mum. Time flies, it's coming to three years since I left my job to being a stay at home mum. First, had picked up sewing skills and since then can't stop sewing! Listening skills. Have learned to stop and listen not just hearing :) Most importantly, have learned to stop rushing through life. Have been missing out so much living a rushing life. Feel sorry for my children, but it's not to late to make it up. :)

No doubt that I have fear to walk the path as a stay at home mum. Not to mention the low self-esteem arose from being out of the job market. There were also fears and worries of how would people judge me. Support and encouragement from family and friends play a vital role in gaining back self-worth. Reading also helps to gain wisdom and improve confidence level. 

Hope to continue to make beautiful things, learn to be a better person and a wise adult to lead and set good examples for our young ones. 
 
For this coming birthday, I have made a present for myself. Happy birthday to me!

Vintage Rose Sling Bag 复古蔷薇斜背包

去年帮妈妈缝制了一个斜肩背包，方便她携带东西去佛堂。我的小舅母也是虔诚的佛教徒。她看到了妈妈的斜肩背包，很喜欢。她拖我也帮她缝制一个。她挑选了花色的布料。我帮她配了鲜红色的条纹布。小舅母比妈妈年纪轻嘛，所以在搭配方面就用了比较鲜艳的颜色。

很喜欢这样的色彩搭配所呈现出来的视觉效果。让人很开心。能做自己喜欢做的事情，是开心的，就算遇到困难也会尽所能去解决。所以啊，只要你对某件事有热诚，就不怕做不好。如果你觉得生活很无聊，那是因为你还没找到你的兴趣。希望大家都有让自己的生活过得很充实的活动。如果没有，就从阅读开始吧！
