Fabric Book Cover ~ 书衣

人与人之间的缘分非常的奥妙。这一段缘分来自于我制作的书衣。这一位朋友偶然在我的部落格发现了我制作的书衣。就这样，靠着对彼此的信任，她跟我订制了两个书衣，我顺利地完成了任务并把作品交到她手中。

感谢这位有缘的朋友对我的信任。

Christmas Gift ~ 圣诞礼物

These two bags are the last batch of bags I have made this year. 
 
A friend from my previous workplace had requested for two handmade bags. She planned to give the bags to her mother in law and her aunt as Christmas presents. What a lovely thought.:)

Her mother in law love big casual bag for her shopping. She likes floral design. This is the fabric my friend picked for her mother in law. It's a combination of four different fabric patterns; stripes, floral, polka dots and checkered.

As for her aunt, she loves to travel and likes floral design as well. The fabric with bird and flower pattern were chosen.

Fabric Shopping at Tokyo ~ 东京逛布街记

终于有机会来到梦寐以求的东京日暮里纤维街。其实，在东京其他地方也有布店，只是在日暮里这个地方，有一整条街的布店集聚在这里。可以一次过逛。不只是有布料，还有其他缝纫用品工具。应有尽有。

日本东京的交通很方便。交通工具十分多元。我们这一趟是乘JR到日暮里站。到日暮里站，从东口出站。一走出站，就会看到指示牌。非常容易。就跟着指示牌前进就对了。

到布街啰！

有这么多家店，还真不知要如何开始逛才好。呵呵。我们只逛了几家，因为其实只有我在逛。要大家等着我，很压力啊。

在网上会看到很多人会推荐Tomato 布店。规模很大，东西其全。在这里有多家分店 （可参考地图）。我只逛了总店。如果喜欢日式和风印花布料，可以到Mihama。Mihama 的布都已经做好预裁，一米长还有两米长的。好像也有三或四米长的。价钱便宜。在这家买布很方便快速，不用等剪裁时间。选好喜欢的花色及需要的尺寸就可以结帐。

另外，我还逛了Yamayo 布店。有很多可爱的布料。在这里买了儿子喜欢的火车和Pokemon 布料，女儿喜欢的芭蕾女孩还有蛋黄哥布。

喜欢皮革的可以逛And Leather 。有剪裁好的皮革片，皮带，皮革品制作工具，拉链，吊饰 （charm)。

除了逛日暮里的布街外，我们也逛了在新宿的Okadaya。从ＪＲ新宿站东口出站，五分钟的步行路程就可以到了。这一家还有提供退税服务。消费满５，０００日币就可以办理退税。

Mummy Bag ~ 妈妈包

一位超级妈妈朋友向我订制了这个包包。她原本用着的包包太小。放了水壶，钱包就差不多满了。她希望新的包包可以大一点； 有个放置咖啡杯的口袋，可以固定水壶的袋子，有拉链的口袋放钱包。还有包包要可以放得下折伞。布料的选择是要耐脏！我相信每一位妈妈都希望包包会永远都看起来不脏，这样就不需要常常清洗。不然会很累啊。呵呵。

希望这个包包可以解决我这位妈妈朋友的包包收纳问题。

Wedding Gift ~ 新婚礼物

It has been quite a busy period since November. There are a few projects lining up to be shared. Hope I will be able to do it slowly before end of the year. Gosh, can't believe 2016 is coming to an end very soon! Looking back at my blog posting, it has been quite a fruitful year. :)

This is a custom made order from a friend. It's a gift for her daughter's class teacher who is getting married in December (or already married, can't remember the wedding date) . So sweet of her to have thought of a handmade gift for the teacher. 

It's a set of a tote with a matching cosmetic pouch. Hope the bride would love this gift from her wonderful student's parents. :)
